Damaged or defective product will be 100% refunded or replaced upon receipt of returned product to La Bela Bowtique within 10 days of contacting Customer Service to report the issue.
Failure to report damaged or defective product within 4 days of receipt and/or failure to return product within 10 days of reporting the issue to Customer Service will void the return policy of La Bela Bowtique.
